Battlefield 1

Battlefield 1 is a first-person shooter set across the battlefields of the First World War. Its War Stories campaign presents several personal perspectives on the conflict, while its multiplayer battles combine infantry, vehicles, changing weather, and destructible environments on a large scale.

Gameplay and features: Choose a class and work with your squad through shifting front lines, using rifles, machine guns, artillery, tanks, aircraft, and other period equipment. Combined arms: coordinate movement and roles on the ground, adapt when the terrain changes, and use vehicles or fortifications to open new routes through the battlefield. War Stories: follow separate characters whose missions highlight different locations, responsibilities, and pressures of the war.

Story and world: Battlefield 1 moves from deserts and villages to fortified positions and urban ruins, presenting a conflict shaped by industrial technology and human endurance. The contrast between intimate campaign episodes and large multiplayer operations gives the game a broad view of the era while keeping squad cooperation and tactical awareness at its centre.
