Call of Duty Modern Warfare 3

Call of Duty: Modern Warfare III is a first-person shooter in which Captain Price and Task Force 141 confront the ultranationalist war criminal Vladimir Makarov. Developed by Sledgehammer Games with Infinity Ward and Treyarch, it continues the modern conflict through a campaign built around high-pressure decisions.

Gameplay and features: Alongside cinematic missions, the campaign introduces open combat missions with different loadouts and paths through each operation. Multiplayer modernizes all 16 launch maps from Modern Warfare 2 (2009) and adds new 6v6 content. Modern Warfare Zombies offers an open-world player-versus-environment survival experience with missions, secrets and enormous undead hordes.

Story and world: The action follows a global pursuit of Makarov as Task Force 141 responds to a threat that reaches across national borders. Players move through varied combat zones, choosing how to approach objectives while the campaign balances the series’ cinematic set pieces with a more flexible mission structure.
