Game Review

Far Cry 5 Gold Edition is an open-world first-person action adventure set in Hope County, Montana. A fanatical group led by Joseph Seed has taken control of the region, and the player must build a resistance while helping local communities push back against the cult.

Gameplay and features: Explore rural roads, rivers, farms, and forests, complete story and side missions, liberate outposts, and recruit allies with different abilities. Vehicles, hunting, crafting, and flexible combat approaches support both quiet infiltration and direct action. Gold Edition includes the main game, the Season Pass, and additional adventures and equipment.

Story and world: The resistance grows through the choices and relationships formed across Hope County. Its combination of open exploration, first-person combat, memorable characters, and cooperative play creates a broad PS4 campaign for players who enjoy freedom of approach.
