The campaign combines exploration, stealth, tense combat, and careful resource management. Players move through abandoned communities and hostile encounters while using the environment, limited supplies, and improvised tactics to stay alive.

This record describes the original PS3 experience and does not mix it with the later Part I remake or features from other platforms. Keywords The Last of Us PS3, Joel, Ellie, Naughty Dog, survival action.
