Assassin's Creed II

Assassin’s Creed II is a third-person action adventure developed by Ubisoft Montreal and published by Ubisoft for PlayStation 3. It follows Ezio Auditore as he grows from a young nobleman into an assassin while uncovering a conspiracy across Renaissance Italy.

Players explore cities through freerunning, climb landmarks, blend with crowds, investigate targets, manage equipment, and fight with blades, tools, and ranged weapons. The game expands the original formula with a larger world, economic activities, collectibles, and a more personal revenge narrative.

The PS3 release is a single-player experience for one offline player viewed from behind the character, without a conventional multiplayer mode.
