Assassin's Creed III

Assassin’s Creed III is a third-person action adventure developed by Ubisoft Montreal and published by Ubisoft for PlayStation 3. The story follows Connor during the American Revolution as he navigates conflict between colonial forces, Patriots, Templars, and the Mohawk community.

Players explore cities and wilderness through freerunning, hunting, naval travel, stealth, investigation, and direct combat while completing story missions and managing relationships. The game expands the series with a larger frontier, seasonal environments, naval sequences, and online competitive modes.

The PS3 release supports a one-player campaign and online multiplayer for up to eight players from a behind-the-character viewpoint. Its revolutionary setting, frontier traversal, naval combat, evolving protagonist, and historical open-world structure distinguish it from earlier entries.
