Call of Duty World at War

Call of Duty: World at War is a first-person shooter developed by Treyarch and published by Activision for PlayStation 3. Its campaign returns to the Second World War, covering the Pacific island-hopping campaign and the Red Army’s advance from Stalingrad to Berlin.

The game offers intense infantry and vehicle combat, objective-driven missions, a cooperative campaign, competitive multiplayer with classes and perks, and the Nazi Zombies survival mode. Players fight through ambushes, Banzai charges, tanks, and large set-piece battles while earning experience and unlocking equipment.

The PS3 version supports two-player local co-op, four-player online co-op, four-player LAN play, and split-screen co-op. Its first-person presentation combines gritty historical combat, team coordination, varied battlefields, and wave-based cooperative survival.
