The island of Yamijima. Forbidden Siren 2 is a survival-horror adventure in which several characters become trapped on Yamijima Island after a mysterious blackout and supernatural disaster. Its fragmented narrative reveals the crisis through overlapping perspectives, linked scenarios, and a cast with different abilities and objectives.

Sight Jacking and shifting danger. Players investigate environments, solve scenario objectives, use Sight Jacking to observe threats, and decide when to hide or fight. Compared with its predecessor, the game expands character abilities, weapons, checkpoints, hints, and enemy variety while retaining its tense stealth-horror structure.
