Grand Theft Auto 2

Grand Theft Auto 2 expands the open-city action formula with busier streets, faster cars and a struggle among seven ruthless gangs. The PlayStation 3 entry places the player in a reactive urban world where rival groups, police, the FBI and the Army raise the pressure.

Gameplay and features: Drive through the city, take on jobs and manage your standing with competing gangs while choosing routes and opportunities across the urban environment. Open and flexible play supports car chases, evasive driving and changing relationships between factions. Every decision can change which work becomes available and how dangerous the streets feel.

World and identity: Rockstar describes a city that reacts to the player while the gang power struggle drives the larger conflict. Developed by DMA Design and published by Rockstar Games, Grand Theft Auto 2 gives the series a more layered and reactive urban identity.
