Game Review

The Evil Within is a survival-horror action game developed by Tango Gameworks and directed by Shinji Mikami. Detective Sebastian Castellanos investigates a gruesome mass murder and awakens in a deranged world filled with terrifying creatures.

The story-driven campaign emphasizes fear, tension, and survival. Players explore carefully crafted environments, face memorable enemies and boss encounters, and manage limited resources while uncovering the force behind the nightmare.

Bethesda and PlayStation announced the game for PlayStation 3 and PlayStation 4. It is a third-person single-player horror experience that blends action with psychological terror.

The most important factor is the system firmware version. Versions 4.90 and below are the easiest and most common.
