Game Review

A Plague Tale: Innocence - PS5 - Follow the grim tale of young Amicia and her little brother Hugo on a heartrending journey through the darkest hours of history, in a harrowing tale of survival set against the backdrop of the Black Death in 14th-century France.

A heartrending journey through the darkest hours of history:

• A Gripping Narrative: Experience an emotional story of two siblings on the run from the Inquisition, learning to trust and rely on each other as they navigate a brutal, unforgiving world ravaged by plague and war.

• Stealth and Survival: Evade relentless enemies — both human soldiers and unstoppable swarms of rats — using stealth, distraction, and the environment to survive overwhelming odds.

• A Living, Breathing Medieval World: Explore richly detailed environments from devastated villages and dense forests to the imposing walls of the Inquisition, each filled with danger, mystery, and moments of quiet beauty.

• Alchemy and Ingenuity: Craft and utilize alchemical tools to manipulate light and fire, turning the environment to your advantage and unlocking new ways to overcome the threats that stand in your path.
