After downloading the .xavatar file, copy it to a USB drive and import it from your avatar settings (PS4/PS5 depending on your method).
Tip 1: Make sure your PS4 is jailbroken, as .xavatar files are a custom format that only works with third-party (Homebrew) applications and are not supported by the official system.
Tip 2: To install the avatar manually, use the PS4 Explorer app; transfer the file to the console, press (X) on it and select the user, then press (L2 + X) together to activate the image immediately.
