Game Review

Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Mutants Unleashed is an action brawler adventure for PlayStation 4 set in the energetic world of the Mutant Mayhem heroes. Leonardo, Raphael, Michelangelo, and Donatello take to the streets of New York to deal with new mutants and restore peace between humans and mutants.

Gameplay and features: Choose a Turtle, fight through city streets and sewer spaces, and develop each brother’s ninja abilities as the adventure progresses. Patrol neighborhoods, help citizens, deliver pizzas, collect graffiti, and meet familiar allies including April and Splinter. Two-player couch co-op lets a friend join the Turtle brothers as they battle through the city together.

Story and world: Mutagenic ooze has created new mutants, but not all of them are dangerous; the Turtles must uncover what is causing the chaos before the fragile relationship between humans and mutants breaks down. Humor, colorful environments, and team-based ninja action make this a fitting choice for fans of animated superhero adventures on PlayStation 4.
