Vigilante 8: Second Offense

Vigilante 8: Second Offense expands the stylized road-war battles with a new set of rival drivers, vehicles and destructive arenas. The PlayStation 3 record returns to the vehicle-combat format with a broader contest and a stronger focus on chaotic action.

Gameplay and features: Drive distinctive vehicles through open arenas, collect weapons, use environmental objects and combine movement with firepower to defeat opposing teams. The sequel adds new battle situations while preserving the series emphasis on positioning, timing and arena control. Knowing when to attack and when to reposition is the key to surviving a crowded arena.

Presentation and identity: Retro road-war imagery, exaggerated machines and a playful combat tone define the games visual and mechanical identity. Developed by Luxoflux, Inc. and published by Activision, it continues the series through a larger and more varied vehicle battle.
